Balbin Sparkling water presents microfine bubbles reminiscent of the texture of prime champagnes, thanks to the use of natural CO2. Unlike purified gas from the chemical industry, it avoids harsh acidity, preserving a smooth, rounded profile in Balbin water.

The story behind Balbin is one of passion, persistence, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Dissatisfied with the flat, industrial taste imparted by conventional beverage-grade CO2, our founder embarked on a mission to find a better way. For half a year, she crisscrossed the country, visiting countless beverage manufacturers, only to be told the same thing—industrial CO2 was the standard, and no one offered an alternative.



The answer was found not in industry, but in nature — in the vineyards of South Moravia, where the ancient craft of winemaking and the living science of fermentation converge. In 2023, our founder discovered something no one had yet brought to mineral water: a CO₂ so fragrant, so alive, so unlike anything the beverage world had known, that it would redefine what sparkling water could be. Microfine bubbles with a provenance. A sparkle that carried within it the breath of wine.
