Ester Water is the result of infusing grape-sourced CO2, carrying esters, into Balbin mineral water. Developed thanks to our South Moravian tech partner WineGas , this method offsets winery emissions while creating an extraordinary sparkle—fine, lasting, and reminiscent of champagne. Balbin Ester and Sparkling water share this origin, but are distinctly refined for either a subtle fragrant complexity or versatile, neutral expression.
