The inaugural edition of the Ester Collection, crafted in a limited series of 10,000 bottles, is a tribute to South Moravian tradition. Adorned with folklore-inspired artwork by Jan Pisarik, each bottle reflects the soul of our heritage—the enduring spirit from which Ester Water was born.

Natural Esters
Carbonated with natural, aromatic CO2 captured from grape fermentation
Ester Water is the result of infusing grape-sourced CO2, carrying esters, into Balbin mineral water. Developed thanks to our South Moravian tech partner, this method offsets winery emissions while creating an extraordinary sparkle—fine, lasting, and reminiscent of champagne. Balbin Ester and Sparkling water share this origin, but are distinctly refined for either a subtle fragrant complexity or versatile, neutral expression.
